Do you sell garment leftover clothes? How do you ensure quality?
No, we do not sell garment surplus or leftover lot clothing. At Gents Gallery, our focus is giving customers premium products at the best value for money. Our team selects products in hands, one by one from the best sourcing places and trusted manufacturers. Every piece is inspected for fabric grade, stitching perfection, and contemporary fashion trends before reaching your hands.
Shipping & Nationwide Delivery
How fast is delivery and which courier do you use?
We provide faster nationwide delivery across all 64 districts of Bangladesh through Steadfast Courier. Orders are processed rapidly upon confirmation:
• Sylhet & Nearby Divisions: 24 to 48 hours.
• Nationwide Delivery: 2 to 3 business days.
Standard delivery fee is ৳ 150.00.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! Once your parcel is handed over to Steadfast Courier, a consignment tracking number is assigned to your order. You can also view live order progress inside your Customer Dashboard › Orders.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Are returns and refunds available?
Yes, return and refund options are available for eligible products! If an item doesn't fit, arrived damaged, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. The item must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and invoice intact. Once verified, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.
Can I exchange or return items at your physical store?
Yes! You are warmly welcome to visit our physical store at Airport Road, Shamsarnagar, Kamlganj, Moulvibazar for direct size changes, returns, or hands-on assistance.
